Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was overall a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit of a mismatch with drapes and bed skirts, and the bed felt lumpy, but they had a small full kitchen and a very nicely arranged bathroom. On the positive side, they were always clean and had everything to make you feel at home. However, navigating the thick carpeting for 300 meters rendered my baggage's excellent wheels useless. The service was friendly and helpful, catering well to my needs. The location offered a super relaxing atmosphere with beautiful scenery and plenty to do both around and on the resort. Unfortunately, the dining was poor and expensive, without a convenient on-site option for buying food or drinks. The facilities were decent, but the price paid for a 12-day stay seemed a bit steep considering the shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean, but lacked charm. The rooms are nice but don't have a microwave or refrigerator, giving off a vibe more similar to a Holiday Inn. The service was very sweet and accommodating to my group's last-minute changes, although there were some issues with not receiving the owner's contact information. The location is attached to a unit and exceptionally clean, especially when compared to other resorts of this size. The dining options were limited and somewhat overpriced for the 12-day stay. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring nearby attractions, but the rooms show signs of neglect despite offering some comforts. The lush surroundings provide a tranquil ambiance, but the dining options may not suit all tastes.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, with a unique touch, but we had to deal with a mold issue. The service was professional and friendly, catering to our requests, but the dining options were limited and expensive. The location was convenient for exploring nearby areas, though it was a bit far from downtown. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a well-arranged bathroom and a small full kitchen, though lacking pans and utensils. The location is beautiful, with various attractions nearby. The dining experience is enjoyable, offering a range of delicious options. Overall, a great value for the price.
